Processing Time
All DHARIN pieces are prepared and quality-inspected before dispatch.

For pre-order pieces, the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the selected product page at the time of purchase applies. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.
If we become unable to dispatch an order within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and provide the available option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges & Free Insured Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping is offered on orders of US$200 or more.
For orders below US$200, standard shipping is US$15 to Hong Kong and Mainland China, US$25 to Europe, and US$40 to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Rates for other available destinations are shown at checkout before payment.
All orders are insured for their declared value while in transit. An adult signature may be required for higher-value orders. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
DHARIN declares all items at their full value. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or undervalue declarations.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply unless the failed delivery resulted from our error.
