Política de cancelación

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch. The amount paid for the cancelled pre-order will be refunded to the original payment method. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer available; eligible standard, non-personalised items may instead be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized or otherwise customer-altered pieces are not eligible for cancellation or return except where faulty, supplied incorrectly, or required by applicable law.
