Care instructions

To keep your DHARIN piece at its best, take it off before swimming, bathing or exercise, and put it on only after perfume, lotion and cosmetics have dried. Chlorine and household chemicals can dull both metal and stones.

Store each piece separately in its DHARIN pouch to prevent scratches. For everyday cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners.

Sterling silver darkens gradually with exposure to air; a jewelry polishing cloth restores its shine. Gold vermeil is a layer of 18K gold over sterling silver, so keep it dry and avoid abrasive polishing to protect the finish. Solid 14K gold needs only an occasional wipe.

Lab-grown gemstones are created in controlled environments and share the essential chemical, physical and optical properties of their natural counterparts. Depending on the gem, growth methods include crystal pulling (Czochralski), hydrothermal growth and flux growth. These are general methods; the specific method is stated in the product specifications when confirmed for that piece. Colour, cut, measurements, metal and any included certification are detailed in each product description.

Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized or individually specified pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Your tracking number will arrive by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Do you offer a warranty?

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All DHARIN pieces are covered against manufacturing defects under normal wear for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Not covered: Chemical- or moisture-related tarnish, everyday scratches and wear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or third-party alterations.
