Care instructions

To keep your DHARIN piece at its best, take it off before swimming, bathing or exercise, and put it on only after perfume, lotion and cosmetics have dried. Chlorine and household chemicals can dull both metal and stones.

Store each piece separately in its DHARIN pouch to prevent scratches. For everyday cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners.

Sterling silver darkens gradually with exposure to air; a jewelry polishing cloth restores its shine. Gold vermeil is a layer of 18K gold over sterling silver, so keep it dry and avoid abrasive polishing to protect the finish. Solid 14K gold needs only an occasional wipe.

Lab-grown diamonds & certification

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, grown using High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) or Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD). The growth method, carat weight, colour, clarity and cut are specific to each stone. Please refer to this product’s specifications and any included grading report for confirmed details. Individual reports are included only where expressly stated; small accent diamonds may not have separate reports.

How do I find the right size?

For rings, refer to our Size Guide, which includes US sizing with EU conversions. For bracelets, the product page lists clasp-to-clasp length and recommended wrist range. For necklaces, lengths are in inches on each product page. For a comfortable fit, we recommend adding 0.5"–1" to your wrist measurement.

What is your Return Policy

Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized or individually specified pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will arrive by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Do you offer a warranty?

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All DHARIN pieces are covered against manufacturing defects under normal wear for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Not covered: Chemical- or moisture-related tarnish, everyday scratches and wear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or third-party alterations.

How to request an assessment: Email support@mydharin.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps.

Every diamond and gemstone is lab-grown, with identical mineral composition to mined stones. Cultivated without extraction.

Certificate Options

Grading reports are included only where expressly stated for the selected product and variant. Classic round studs: 1.00ct and 2.00ct pairs include two individual IGI reports; the 0.50ct pair does not. For other pieces, please check the product specifications or contact us about report availability and any additional cost before ordering. Independent third-party testing is welcome at the buyer’s cost.
