Nature of Products

All gemstones and diamonds sold on mydharin.com are laboratory-grown (also referred to as lab-created, cultivated, or man-made). They are chemically, optically, and physically identical to their mined counterparts and are certified by internationally recognised grading laboratories including the International Gemological Institute (IGI) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

DHARIN does not sell natural mined gemstones or diamonds. The term "diamond" as used on this website refers exclusively to laboratory-grown diamonds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Laboratory-grown stones are not synthetic stones, simulants, or imitations. They are genuine gemstones grown under controlled scientific conditions.

Product Representations

DHARIN makes every reasonable effort to accurately represent:

  • Stone type, origin (laboratory-grown), and certification
  • Carat weight, colour, clarity, and cut specifications as described in the accompanying certificate
  • Metal type, purity, and finish
  • Product photography — minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the unique nature of each stone

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Each cultivated stone is unique; the exact stone received may differ slightly in appearance from the photograph while meeting the certified specifications.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on mydharin.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. DHARIN reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is binding.

Prices do not include applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes, which remain the responsibility of the buyer. DHARIN is not liable for any additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority.

Certification & Authenticity

Every DHARIN piece incorporating a diamond or coloured gemstone above a defined threshold weight is accompanied by a laboratory grading report from an internationally accredited gemological laboratory (IGI, GIA, or equivalent). This report confirms:

  • Stone identity and laboratory-grown origin
  • Carat weight
  • Colour and clarity grade
  • Cut quality (where applicable)

The grading report is part of the product. Returns without the original certificate will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • DHARIN's liability in connection with any product or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that item.
  • DHARIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
  • DHARIN is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier disruptions, natural events, or force majeure.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

Intellectual Property

All content on mydharin.com — including but not limited to the DHARIN name, logotype, brand identity, photography, written content, and design — is the intellectual property of DHARIN and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

Consumer Rights — European Union & United Kingdom

If you are purchasing from within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain statutory consumer rights under applicable local law, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions applicable to bespoke and custom-made goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at celestialstream_business@outlook.com within the applicable period. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
