Nature of Products
Gemstones and diamonds sold on mydharin.com are laboratory-grown unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. DHARIN does not represent laboratory-grown stones as mined stones.
Laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones have substantially the same chemical, optical and physical characteristics as their mined counterparts. Product pages identify the applicable stone type, materials and specifications.
Product Representations
DHARIN makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe stone type and laboratory-grown origin, carat weight and other specifications where applicable, metal type and purity, pricing, availability and product imagery. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings and normal stone variation.
Laboratory Reports, Certificates & Independent Testing
Not every DHARIN product includes a laboratory grading report or certificate. A lab-grown diamond product includes an IGI or other recognised laboratory report only where this is expressly stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.
Lab-grown coloured gemstone products do not include a laboratory report by default unless expressly stated. A buyer may request a laboratory report by contacting DHARIN after placing the order and before production or dispatch. Requests are subject to laboratory availability and feasibility, additional fees and additional processing time; the report will be arranged only after the applicable fee has been confirmed and paid.
Independent third-party testing may also be arranged through a mutually agreed qualified laboratory. All testing, handling, shipping and related costs are borne by the buyer, and the order or delivery timeline may be extended.
If a laboratory report or certificate was supplied with an item, the original document must be returned with that item. If none was supplied, none is required for the return.
Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in the currency selected for the customer’s market. The price confirmed at checkout is binding. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly included at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DHARIN’s liability in connection with a product or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that item. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The DHARIN trademark is owned by ZENG JIAYI and is used by CELESTIAL STREAM CO LIMITED under authorization. Website content and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to CELESTIAL STREAM CO LIMITED. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and matters arising from use of mydharin.com are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Consumer Rights — European Union & United Kingdom
Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom retain applicable statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights for eligible distance purchases, subject to lawful exceptions for bespoke and custom-made goods.
To exercise an eligible right of withdrawal, contact support@mydharin.com. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
