Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local conditions beyond our control.
Insurance & Security
All orders are fully insured for their declared value during transit. For orders above USD 500, an adult signature will be required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Free Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping is offered on all orders above USD 200.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
DHARIN declares all items at their full value. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or undervalue declarations.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
