For pre-order pieces, the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the selected product page at the time of purchase applies. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.
If we become unable to dispatch an order within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and provide the available option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Complimentary shipping
Complimentary insured shipping is available on orders of US$500 or more to all available shipping destinations. For orders below US$500, standard shipping charges vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Fully insured
All orders are insured for their declared value while in transit.
Customs, duties & taxes included
Customs clearance, import duties and import taxes are included for all available shipping destinations, regardless of order value. No additional import charges are due upon delivery. Any applicable sales tax shown separately at checkout is not an import charge.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Delivery requirements
An adult signature may be required for higher-value orders. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Failed delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply unless the failed delivery resulted from our error.
DHARIN declares all items at their full value. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or undervalue declarations.
