Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including photography, stone specifications, and material descriptions. Slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen calibration and the unique nature of each cultivated stone.

All stones sold by DHARIN are laboratory-grown unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each stone is accompanied by a laboratory certificate confirming its origin and specifications.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. DHARIN reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. After 24 hours, standard return policy applies. Bespoke commissions may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, text, design, and the DHARIN brand identity — is the property of DHARIN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DHARIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
