Returns & Exchanges
At DHARIN, every piece is made with care and intention. We want you to feel certain about your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Windows
We offer tiered return windows based on the nature of your purchase:

All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation, including the laboratory certificate (IGI or equivalent).
Why 45 Days for Bridal
An engagement ring is not an ordinary purchase. We understand that decisions of this nature involve time — showing the ring to a partner, consulting family, considering the moment. The extended 45-day window exists so that certainty is never rushed.
How to Return
- Email us at celestialstream_business@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in all original packaging, including the laboratory certificate.
- Ship using a tracked and insured courier. DHARIN is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, subject to design feasibility. Please contact us to arrange. Resizing is not available on full pavé bands or tension-set designs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different piece, please initiate a return and place a new order. We do not hold stock against pending returns.
Atelier & Bespoke Commissions
Custom and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you have concerns about a bespoke piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke and custom-made commissions
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without the original laboratory certificate or packaging
- Loose stones that have been set by a third party after purchase
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
