Store each piece separately in its DHARIN pouch to prevent scratching and tarnishing. Clean gently using only a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or steam cleaning methods.

Sterling silver naturally develops patina over time—a characteristic of the metal that reflects its authenticity. Restore shine with gentle polishing as needed. Gold vermeil requires extra care; keep it dry and store it carefully between wears to maintain its finish.

Delivery and return

Eligible standard, non-personalised pieces may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery if unworn, unused, unaltered and undamaged. Earrings showing signs of having been tried on or worn are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Ready-to-ship pieces, when in stock, are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Pre-order pieces require 2–5 business days before dispatch, except necklaces, which require 7–14 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Hong Kong 1–2 business days; Asia-Pacific 3–7 business days; United States, Canada and Europe 5–10 business days. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer a warranty?

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All DHARIN pieces are covered against manufacturing defects under normal wear for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Not covered: Chemical- or moisture-related tarnish, everyday scratches and wear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or third-party alterations.

Grading reports are included only where expressly stated for the selected product and variant. Classic round studs: 1.00ct and 2.00ct pairs include two individual IGI reports; the 0.50ct pair does not. For other pieces, please check the product specifications or contact us about report availability and any additional cost before ordering. Independent third-party testing is welcome at the buyer’s cost.
